Today I
have discovered “Winning the Zero Moment of Truth” thanks to twitter (ironic
due to the last “accusations” between the two companies)
It´s about how the purchase process of the consumers has changed with the
new technology and how the Marketing strategy’s should adapt to this new
reality.
I haven’t started reading it, but there are two things that I love about it already:
1.- Wrote by Jim Lecinski, Managing Director of US Sales & Service and Chief ZMOT
Evangelist at Google
2.- Is free and I can read it in my iPhone

I really like the idea of getting a video at the beginning of each chapter, but the graph are too small for the iPhone, therefore I would remove them or put them in the appendix
