More and
more companies are using the QR codes in their campaigns these days, but I have
realized that a big percent of the consumers don’t know how to use them or don’t
have a smartphone.

2.- The
number of smartphones in Belgium is increasing, but still only 19% of the citizens
have one.
Therefore here
are my questions:

Isn’t
too early to start using QR in our campaigns?

Shouldn’t
at least the campaigns explain how to use the QR codes?
