have discovered, talkbin, a tool that allows customers to send messages to your
business, like a digital comment card.

In my
opinion this product has a big potential, but is early to say, therefore I have
decided to create a discussion on linkedin to see what the experts think about
it, and then post the most relevant answers in this blog in a couple of weeks.
Hopefully
we would get something good out of it :D

It looks like the sort of feedbacks that amazon's customers can live on the website but it goes straight to the top owners. It might be usefull for example to reduce timeline reactions when a product has a defect and it's discovered with delay by the retailers.
